Sample Dining Layouts
These simplified diagrams show dining-focused arrangements. They are not guaranteed floor plans or installation drawings.
10′ × 10′ Pop-Up Tent
Best for vendor booths, registration, service areas, displays, and limited seating. A full dining layout leaves little room for additional equipment.
10′ × 20′ Pop-Up Tent
Well suited for small parties and compact dining. Buffets, coolers, concessions, sidewalls, or displays will reduce seating and circulation.
20′ × 20′ High-Peak Tent
A dining-focused arrangement for four 60″ round tables. A buffet, bar, DJ, sweetheart table, or dance area will require fewer guest seats or more covered space.
20′ × 40′ High-Peak Tent
A dining-focused arrangement for eight 60″ round tables. The center connection and adjoining legs must be considered when adding reception features.

Covered dimensions are only one part of planning a safe, comfortable event.
Covered Space vs. Installation Space
The listed tent dimensions describe the covered area beneath the tent. Additional level, accessible space is required for stakes, anchoring lines, weights or ballast, crew access, entrances, exits, and separation from obstructions.
A yard or paved area measuring exactly the same size as the tent may not provide enough room for safe installation.

What Happens After You Reserve?
You may reserve your preferred tent and equipment online even if you do not yet have every site detail available.
Site and layout review
After the reservation is submitted, Cheers & Chairs will review the order and installation information. When necessary, we may request measurements, photographs, a short video, access information, or details about the features you want placed beneath the tent.
Grass and hard-surface installations
Standard tent pricing includes staking on an approved grass surface. Tents may also be reserved for concrete, asphalt, pavers, decking, or mixed surfaces. Additional charges apply only when weights, ballast, additional handling, or other special anchoring arrangements are required.
Venues and managed locations
For venues, vendor events, public spaces, or managed communities, we may request applicable setup instructions or tent restrictions. We will contact you if a site inspection, adjusted layout, or different anchoring arrangement is needed.
Important safety information
Final layouts may be adjusted when space, surface, anchoring, access, equipment, venue rules, or safety conditions do not support the requested arrangement. Tents are not permanent structures or guaranteed shelters during severe weather. Grills, open flames, and unapproved heaters may not be used beneath or immediately beside a tent.
