The Classic Backyard Party Package provides a convenient starting point with a 10' × 20' tent, two banquet tables, and sixteen chairs.

Consider additional seating and tables or a larger tent, depending on whether every guest needs a seat at the same time.

A Helpful Reminder
Guest Seating Is Only Part of the Layout
Remember to allow room for buffet tables, beverages, desserts, gifts, photo displays, speakers, games, concessions, trash and recycling stations, and comfortable walking paths. A tent may accommodate fewer seated guests when these additional areas are placed underneath it.
