See How the Tables Fit
These top-view examples show how common tables can sit beneath each tent. They are planning visuals—not final installation drawings—and added features will reduce seating.

Two banquet tables • up to 16 dining guests
20′ × 20′ High Peak
Four 60-inch rounds • up to 32 dining guests
20′ × 40′ High Peak
Eight 60-inch rounds • up to 64 dining guests
20′ × 60′ High Peak
Twelve 60-inch rounds • up to 96 dining guests
Leave room for the rest of the event: Buffets, bars, sweetheart tables, dance floors, DJs, stages, décor, aisles, and required exits all reduce usable dining space.

Plan Beyond the Guest Count
Covered Space vs. Installation Space
Tent dimensions describe the covered area. Additional level, accessible space is required for stakes, anchoring lines, ballast, crew access, entrances, exits, and separation from obstructions. A site measuring exactly the tent size may not be large enough for safe installation.
Features That Use Tent Space
- Sweetheart, buffet, cake, gift, or dessert tables
- Bars and beverage stations
- DJs, sound equipment, stages, and dance floors
- Backdrops, floral installations, and décor
- Sidewalls and circulation aisles
What Happens After You Reserve?
You may reserve your preferred tent and equipment online even if every site detail is not yet available. We review the order and installation information, and may request measurements, photographs, a short video, access details, or information about features placed beneath the tent. Hard-surface sites require approved ballast, and venue installations remain subject to site rules and access.
