How Rentals Work
Choose your rentals online, reserve with a down payment and signed agreement, and we’ll coordinate delivery and pickup around your event.
From Selection to Pickup
Follow these six steps for a smooth rental experience. If your event has unusual access, timing, or setup needs, contact us before booking.
Choose Your Date and Rentals
Browse the Rental Catalog, select your event dates, and add the equipment and quantities you need. The minimum rental subtotal is $125 before delivery and other service charges.
Review Delivery and Access
Standard delivery starts at $99. Standard placement is ground level, within 50 feet of the delivery vehicle, over firm, level, unobstructed ground. Access obstacles require advance review and may add handling charges.
Reserve Your Order
A 50% non-refundable down payment and signed Booqable rental agreement reserve your order. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event. Credit card and ACH payments are accepted; cash and checks are not.
Confirm the Final Details
We’ll coordinate the delivery window, pickup schedule, setup surface, access route, and optional services. Tent setup and takedown are included. Table and chair setup is available for an additional charge.
Delivery and Event Use
We deliver according to the confirmed schedule. Standard rentals may remain with you for up to 48 hours, commonly with delivery the day before or day of the event and pickup the following day.
Prepare for Pickup
Return tables and chairs to their delivery location, clean, folded, and stacked. Priority Same-Day Pickup with a one-hour window starts at $99+ and is subject to availability.
Orders within seven days cannot be booked online; contact us for availability and full-payment booking. Stairs, elevators, longer carries, inclines, soft or uneven ground, narrow gates, indoor placement, restricted parking, or other obstacles may require advance approval and additional handling charges. Difficult ballast deliveries may require substantially higher labor charges or may be declined when equipment cannot be moved and positioned safely.
